Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
1. General provisions
This Acceptable Use Policy (hereinafter referred to as “AUP”) establishes the rules for using the 3v-Hosting infrastructure.
The AUP is an integral part of the Terms of Service (TOS). By using 3v-Hosting services, the customer agrees to comply with these rules.
The main purpose of this policy is to ensure the stability, security, and reputation of the network infrastructure, including the provider's IP address space and autonomous system (ASN).
2. Prohibited Activities
The customer is prohibited from using 3v-Hosting services to carry out illegal activities or activities that may cause damage to the provider's infrastructure or third parties.
In particular, the following is prohibited:
- sending spam and unsolicited commercial mail;
- placing malicious software, botnets;
- participating in or organizing DDoS attacks;
- phishing, fraud, pyramid schemes;
- posting adult content of any nature;
- cryptocurrency mining (CPU, GPU, and any other forms);
- conducting penetration testing and network scanning without written permission;
- activities related to high-risk projects (automated parsing, aggressive scraping, traffic arbitrage, mass bots).
3. Email policy
Mass mailings are permitted only if they are legal, sent to a verified recipient database and do not violate applicable law.
Before opening SMTP ports, the provider has the right to request confirmation of the legality of the mailing, as well as the correct configuration of SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and PTR records.
Any activity that could lead to IP addresses being added to international anti-spam databases (Spamhaus and similar), is considered a serious violation.
4. Use of network services
The use of VPN services is permitted provided that it complies with the law and is not abused.
Placement of Tor exit nodes is prohibited.
The organization of open proxy servers, anonymizers, and services that contribute to abuse may be restricted at the discretion of the provider.
5. Load on infrastructure
The customer is obliged to use the allocated resources reasonably and in good faith.
Activities that create excessive load on the CPU, memory, disk subsystem, or network resources are not permitted if such load negatively affects the stability of the infrastructure or the work of other customers.
In the event of an abnormal or destabilizing load being detected the provider has the right to temporarily limit resources or suspend the service until the causes are eliminated.
6. Reputation of IP addresses and autonomous system
The customer undertakes not to perform any actions that could lead to a deterioration in the reputation of IP addresses or the autonomous system (ASN) of 3v-Hosting.
Any actions that result in the blocking of IP addresses, BGP route filtering, or inclusion in international blacklists may be grounds for immediate suspension of service.
The customer is obliged to cooperate with the provider in investigating incidents and to provide the requested information in a timely manner.
7. Sanctions and Export Restrictions
The services may not be used to circumvent international sanctions, restrictive measures, or export controls.
The provider has the right to refuse or terminate service if it discovers that the services are being used in prohibited jurisdictions or for purposes that violate international restrictions.
8. Response to violations
In most cases, the provider will send a notification about the identified violation and provide a reasonable period for its elimination.
In case of repeated violations or in cases posing a threat to the infrastructure, the service may be immediately suspended or terminated without prior notice.
9. Policy Changes
3v-Hosting reserves the right to change this AUP. The current version is published on the website and becomes effective upon posting.
