This Privacy Policy explains what personal data 3v-Hosting™ (“we,” “3v-Hosting”) collects and processes, for what purposes, on what grounds, how we protect the data, and what rights users have.
The policy applies to visitors to the website 3v-host.com and its subdomains, as well as to registered users and customers using our services (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Services”). In accordance with generally accepted practices, we separate visitor and customer data: some data is collected automatically when you visit the website, and some is collected when you register and use the services.
If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the website or services.

2. What data we collect
We adhere to the principle of data minimization and collect only the information necessary to provide services, payment, security, and compliance with the law.
2.1. Data collected automatically
When you visit the website, we may automatically receive the following technical information: IP address, device and browser type, language, settings, pages and actions on the website, referral sources, date/time, and data from cookies and similar technologies. Some of this data may be matched to your account after registration, for example, for security and fraud prevention purposes.
2.2. Data you provide
When you register, place an order, contact support, or pay for services, we may process:

Important: we do not store full bank card details in our system. Payments are processed by payment providers; we may receive payment confirmation and a limited set of data from them that is necessary for accounting and support purposes.
2.3. Data related to the provision of hosting services
When providing services, we may process technical data necessary for infrastructure and security, such as: event logs, network metadata, session identifiers, and system events (to the extent necessary to prevent abuse, investigate incidents, and ensure stability) .
We do not review the content of your data on the server as a matter of routine, but we may be required to respond to abuse, complaints, and legal requests.
We also have the right to analyze technical data and event logs for the purposes of ensuring network security, preventing abuse, protecting the reputation of IP addresses, and complying with obligations to partners and regulators.
2.4. Processing of third-party data
If a customer hosts websites, applications, or other services on 3v-Hosting™ servers that collect personal data from third parties, that customer independently determines the purposes and means of processing such data and is responsible for compliance with applicable personal data protection laws.
In this case, 3v-Hosting™ acts solely as an infrastructure provider (hosting provider) and is not the controller of the personal data of users of customer projects.
3. Where we get our data from
We obtain data:
- directly from you (registration, order, payment, tickets/chat/mail);
- automatically when using the website and services (cookies, logs, telemetry);
- from third parties, if necessary to provide services (payment providers, anti-fraud systems, partners for domains/certificates, etc.).
4. Purposes of data processing
We process personal data for the following purposes:
- providing services and performing the contract (creating an account, providing access to services, managing orders);
- processing payments and maintaining accounting/tax records;
- customer support and communication about services;
- ensuring infrastructure security, preventing fraud, abuse, and violations of rules;

4.1. Data processing in response to abuse
In order to protect our infrastructure and prevent violations of our terms of service, we may process data related to abuse reports, investigation of network activity, and interaction with partners on security issues security. Such processing is carried out on the basis of the Company's legitimate interest in ensuring the stability and security of the network.
5. Legal basis for processing (GDPR)
If European regulations apply (e.g., you are located in the EEA/EU or the processing is related to the provision of services in Europe), we process data on the following grounds:

14. Limitation of Liability
3v-Hosting™ takes reasonable measures to protect personal data, but cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmission over the Internet. The user understands and accepts the risks associated with the use of network technologies.
15. Policy Changes
We may update the Policy as our services evolve and as required by law. The current version is published on the website and applies from the moment of publication. We may also (but are not obligated to) notify customers by email in the event of significant changes.
