2.1. Data collected automatically

If a customer hosts websites, applications, or other services on 3v-Hosting™ servers that collect personal data from third parties, that customer independently determines the purposes and means of processing such data and is responsible for compliance with applicable personal data protection laws.

In this case, 3v-Hosting™ acts solely as an infrastructure provider (hosting provider) and is not the controller of the personal data of users of customer projects.

We obtain data:

• directly from you (registration, order, payment, tickets/chat/mail);
• automatically when using the website and services (cookies, logs, telemetry);
• from third parties, if necessary to provide services (payment providers, anti-fraud systems, partners for domains/certificates, etc.).

We process personal data for the following purposes:
